- Leasing and marketing for sale of well in excess of $1 billion of commercial property of all types.

Ahmanson, Orix Equities, Aetna Insurance, Heller Financial, Phoenix Capital, and CT Realty Fund.
The principals have focused on industrial and low-rise office projects for over 35 years, mastering all phases of ownership critical to the project's success, including land acquisition, conceptual site planning and land use, design, construction management, resulting in a long record of successful projects.
